Court dimensions:
- Court length: 9.75 metres (32 feet 9.7 inches).
- Court width: 6.4 metres (21 ft).
- Height of front (front) wall: 4.57 metres (15 ft).
- Height of rear wall (rear wall): 2.13 metres (7 feet 1 inch).
Floor:
The court’s floor is made of wooden planks with a squash design that provides the right bounce and resilience for the ball.
Court Lines:
The court has line markings, including the centre line, service line, attack line (out-line) and back line (back line) to help define the playing area.
Service Lines:
The squash court has two service lines, one for serving the first ball and one for serving subsequent balls in a given game.
Sidewalls:
The side walls of the court are smooth and uniform or have visible joints between the panels.
Grid:
The net on the squash courts is above the playing area and divides the court into two equal parts.
